New Zealand Shipping

We ship nationwide across New Zealand.

Shipping Options

Orders under NZ$50 can choose either Economy or Express shipping at checkout.

Australia Shipping

We also ship to Australia.

Estimated delivery times to Australia may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by Australian authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sales or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place, leave a calling card, or arrange redelivery according to their policy.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
